President — The President directs all Executive Board and general meetings, oversees all organizational programs and activities, and directs the organization towards its goals. The President unifies the diverse projects of the Society and identifies areas for improvement and growth. He or she ensures that Board members are on task and that the needs of membership are met. The President acts as the chief spokesperson and contact person for the Society and consults with the Society's advisor. In consultation with the rest of the Board, the President prepares a timeline of events and goals for the upcoming academic quarter.

Vice President — The VP assists the President with his or her duties and leads the Executive Board and general meetings in the event that the President is absent. The Vice-President offers his or her support to all officers as needed. He or she also keeps the Society’s registration with the Student Programs and Activities Center (SPAC) current. The Vice-President serves as a liaison between Society members and the campus Scholarship Office, and provides information concerning the rules, privileges and requirements of the Regent Scholarship. Beyond this, the officer seeks opportunities to share resources among members, invite guest speakers, and collaborate on projects with other campus groups.

Secretary/Treasurer/Fundraiser — manages and delegates the Society's funds appropriately and compiles a quarterly financial report to be presented at each new quarter's first Executive Board meeting. He or she records minutes at meetings, takes attendance, and manages all documents arising from Society affairs. The officer also collaborates with the Historian to provide a database of members and records of events, and maintains document templates, rosters and mailing lists.
Director of Outreach — This officer is primarily responsible for organizing and implementing all activities and programs that are geared towards recruitment of prospective Regents Scholars to UC Davis. This officer works to promote the reputation of UC Davis among high achieving high-school students and organizes activities to benefit prospective Regents Scholars. In addition, he or she will serve as the Society’s representative on the Regents Scholarship Committee.

Director of Social Events — This officer plans social events within the Society, and works closely with the President to develop a timeline of events and goals for the upcoming academic quarter. He or she can also coordinate networking opportunities for members within the Society. During years when the UC-wide Regents Scholar conference is held at Davis, this officer collaborates with the Liaison to form and implement an agenda of activities for the conference.

Director of Community Service — This officer organizes Society events for the purpose of community service, including, but not limited to, events that benefit the UC Davis campus and the Davis community. He or she works closely with the President to develop a timeline of events and goals for the upcoming academic quarter.
Example events: Davis Central Park Tree-Planting, Dancing with seniors at the Davis Senior Center, High School Advising*
UC Liason — This officer serves as the primary contact between the Society and every other Regents Scholar Society/Regents and Chancellors Scholar Association within the UC system, ensuring, along with the President, continuous communication to benefit both parties. He or she coordinates the Society’s delegation to the UC-wide Regents Scholar conference and the Officer Retreat during the summer. During years when the conference is held at Davis, this officer leads a committee of members to plan, raise funds for, and organize all events for that purpose.

Historian — This officer documents all Society events and prepares a yearly scrapbook and/or video to detail the events of the year. This officer, along with the Secretary/Treasurer, maintains a roster of members and Society alumni, and summarizes the year’s events in an official record, aided by a scrapbook and/or video. The officer also assists the Webmaster with updating the Society’s website.
Webmaster — The Webmaster creates and maintains the Society's web page and seeks to improve its resources and appeal to members while at the same time offering technical support to the other officers.
Freshman Representatives — This officer is in charge of promoting the Society’s events to students in the Integrated Studies Honors Program Residence Hall, and is responsible for representing any concerns of freshmen at the Executive Board meetings.
